Jim Moore
Chief Executive Officer / President
- For the past 30 years Jim Moore has helped non-profit organizations around the United States with their strategic planning and constituent relationship building. Jim served as the Development Officer of a major nonprofit where he directed a fundraising project that resulted in over $130 million of donations. In the following years he started his own direct mail company with an emphasis on creative package designs and unique production methods.
An entrepreneur, with ownership of multiple companies in various industries, Jim’s first love is fundraising. While serving a diverse client base, he saw a growing need for fundraising software that was not only operationally efficient but also strong in analytics. In the early 2000’s Jim founded ResourceOne Technologies Corp to provide a better alternative to nonprofit executives who desired greater flexibility, control and benefits out of their data software.
Todd Hinton
Executive Vice President / Chief Technology Officer
Todd Hinton currently serves as Executive Vice President / Chief Technology Officer for ResourceOne Technologies Corporation (ROTECH). As EVP/CTO, Todd is responsible for overall technology direction and for directing sales efforts in the marketplace. Prior to joining ROTECH, he worked for CoReg360, a division of MarketModels, where he served as General Manager / CTO. His responsibilities were to lead the design and development of technology, as well as administration of partner related web site activities. Prior to starting the CoReg360 division, Todd served as Vice President of Database Platforms for MarketModels for four years. While with MarketModels, he led the development of a business to business platform by Experian. The site served as an online tool for purchasing company names online.
Todd’s background also includes working with other organizations such as Equifax on their consumer data products and analyzing over 130,000,000 consumer records. He also served as Director of Postal Products for Qualitative Marketing Software/Sagent Technology from 1997 until May of 2000. While at Qualitative Marketing Software, Todd was responsible for all product development related to USPS technology, including postal presort software, NCOA product line, as well as USPS CASS products. Todd began his career after college by starting his own technology firm called Smarter Software which built postal related products for desktop marketing. Smarter Software was later acquired by Qualitative Marketing Software in 1997.
John Anthony
Vice President of Engineering / Chief Architect
John Anthony serves as Vice President of Engineering and Chief Architect for ResourceOne Technologies Corporation. His responsibilities include leading software development for the DonorOne™ platform and managing other new product development. For the span of John's career, he has served in a senior software engineer role at each company. Prior to joining ROTECH, he served as Vice President of Development for MarketModels, where once again he was a key player in the core development their technology. John has also served as Chief Technology Officer at prior companies such as Marketing Solutions Group and Dovark Development, where he built off-line readers (OLRs) for several Internet content providers including CompuServe, Prodigy and Usenet. While serving as senior software engineer with Qualitative Marketing Software, he was responsible for the creation of several key windows applications and their in house toolkits for the GIS and data quality marketplace. John holds his Bachelors of Computer Science degree from California Polytechnic University.
Steve Veto
Vice President of Consulting Services
For the past five years, Steve Veto worked at Barton Cotton with their Religious accounts. Steve joined Barton Cotton in January of 2004 as a Strategic Marketing Analyst. In 2006, he was promoted to Vice President of Consulting Services.
Before joining Barton Cotton, Steve spent 22 years with the Missionary Association of Mary Immaculate as a member of their Management Team with responsibilities that included: Information Systems, Donor Services, Internet Services, Acquisition, Space Advertising, Retention, Conversion and Reactivation programs. He has served as a member of the NCDC Board of Directors and spent ten years as the NCDC representative for the United States Postal Service Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (M-TAC). In addition, he currently serves on the Advisory Council for the Diocesan paper in the Diocese of Belleville.
After graduating from college with a degree in Computer Science, Veto worked as a Systems Engineer with NCR serving banks, hospitals and large industrial clients. He spent four years as a Programmer and Analyst for Deaconess Hospital and five years with Double Bank Shares as the Programming Systems Manager and Bank Officer servicing nine banks.
With more than 27 years in Catholic fundraising working with some of the largest Catholic organizations in the U.S., Steve brings a wide spectrum of knowledge and expertise in both devotional and mission-driven multi-channel fundraising efforts taking place today.
Mike McCarthy
Professional Services Lead
Mike McCarthy joined the ResourceOne Technologies team in August of 2005. Mike serves as Professional Services Lead. In Mike's current role, he oversees new client data conversions as well as performing application maintenance and custom professional services.
Mike received a B.S in Management Information Systems, as well as a minor in Computer Science, from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. After graduating, he worked for a technology company in St. Louis for 6 months before moving to Madrid, Spain for a year and a half.
After returning home in 2005, Mike joined the ROTECH team as a Support Engineer. Since that time he has moved over to his current role in professional services.
Mike enjoys skiing, camping, and travelling in his spare time.
Rob Cyrus
Data Analyst Lead
Rob Cyrus joined the ResourceOne Technologies team in February of 2008 as Data Analyst Lead. Since joining ROTECH, Rob has played a vital role in the management of our various database clusters as well as added an improved level of version control management to our database schema.
Rob received his B.A. in Computer Science from the University of the District of Columbia in Washington, D.C. In Washington, Rob worked for Hughes Network Systems, and the Nuclear Energy Institute as a report/database developer and DBA. In 2004, he moved to Colorado to be closer to family. Before joining ResourceOne, he worked on several projects for subsidiaries owned by Accenture, and Microsoft.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys hiking, skiing, watching World Cup and European soccer, and taking road trips.
Jeff Hanson
Web Applications Training and Product Manager
Jeff T. Hanson serves as Web Applications Product and Training Manager and is currently responsible for product management of the new DonorOne CMS. In this new role, Jeff is also responsible for coordinating the training effort on all DonorOne™ application components.
Prior to joining ROTECH in a full time capactiy, Jeff served as a project consultant for the design and launch of the DonorOne CMS. During this project Jeff acted as the client liason coordinating the conversion of thousands of database records and static pages from the legacy site to the new DonorOne CMS platform.
Jeff brings a long history of providing technology roadmapping, project management, and system development for both the nonprofit and corporate sectors.
Some of Jeff's most notable accomplishments is leading a team to develop and produce multiple live video webcast events for non-profit organizations with target audiences around the globe.
The accomplishment Jeff is most proud of is being a husband to Tracey and a Dad to Michael and Kaylynn.
