Processing Date Calculator
The USPS® requires that all First-Class™ and Standard Class mail be processed through a certified address updating process within 95 days of a mailing.
Bernard Data Solutions is able to help our clients meet this requirement through the use of the NCOALink service. Bernard Data Solutions has partnered with Peachtree Data, a Full Service Licensee of the USPS NCOALink product, to identify moves that have occurred in the past 48 months.
Understanding the 95 day requirement is important so that mailers can properly schedule the processing of their data. If you schedule your NCOALink processing too early (more than 95 days from your mail date) you are not eligible for any presort or automation discounts.
To ensure that our clients are in full compliance, we have developed a simple to use date calculator to determine the earliest date you can process your file through the NCOALink service and remain eligible for all discounts.
Use the calendar to select the date that your mail is scheduled to be presented to the USPS for mailing. After making your selection our recommendations will appear below the calendar.
