We have highly trained and happy support engineers who sincerely want to help you if you ever encounter a problem. We typically answer the phone immediately, and if you leave a message, or send an email we will respond quickly.
With our basic support package, we offer unlimited email, telephone and web based support Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Time, excluding major holidays.
Other support packages are available upon request. Please contact us if you need support for times outside of our standard support window.
Software Upgrades and Updates
One of the benefits of using Bernard as an ASP is you never have to pay for software upgrades and updates again. Over time, we will continually add features, improve performance and generally enhance the product. Most software companies charge for major updates, but we never will.
